26. 嵌套使用 ul、li 的问题

问题：
ie 的 bug，嵌套使用 ul、li 时，里层的 li 设置 float 以后，外层 li 不设置 float, 里面的 ul 顶部和它外面的 li 总是有一段间距
解决：
设置里面的 ul 的 zoom:1
